The CIU-3 acts as the system coordinator for all distributed controllers, providing integrated global control, history logging, local and remote alarming, and fully menu driven interface. For maximum flexibility the CIU-3 is compatibile with all Andover Controls communication busses, allowing it to be used with the AC256 Plus, AC8 Plus, AC4 Plus 4, and ACNET devices such as LCUs, PCUs, TMUs, VAVCs, LTUs and AC256 Input/Output Units (IOUs). Up to 16 IOU devices and 127 ACNET devices can be networked to the CIU-3.
